Refunds
Ostore does not offer refunds. If your product was delayed in shipping and does not arrive within 30 days, another duplicate order will be resent (while supply lasts). Changes in addresses cannot be accommodated. Addresses provided at time of order will be used unless special accommodations arise on a case by case basis.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be resent. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Damage in post handling is not covered.
We do not accept returns.
