Her approach is to work with clients to find and unlock their own resources, to enable them to shape their work and career and meet their ambitions. She has helped clients with a variety of work challenges, from career change to taking the next step, to improving work-life balance.
Lis’ approach is both supportive and practical: she will focus on what you want to achieve, or the issue you want to tackle, work with you to identify what needs to change and work on an action plan that you can achieve.
Elisabeth (Lis) Paice
Elisabeth (Lis) Paice was born in Washington DC, brought up in Montreal, Dublin and Geneva. An experienced coach with a Diploma in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership & Management working with people from a variety of backgrounds, facing challenges from stepping into leadership roles, to career change, to building a team.
Following a career as a hospital consultant she entered the senior management of the NHS, as the Dean Director of the London Deanery. With direct experience of career change, balancing family with work, senior management, the leadership of change and the nurturing and development of talent at all levels. Through her senior leadership role, she came to coaching, first within the NHS, where she was the winner of the NHS Leadership Award: Mentor of the Year 2010, and now as a full-time coach to people dealing with a wide diversity of career challenges.
